Charge per transaction for PAYGO plan: Unless the Cardholder selects the optional Monthly Plan, the Pay-As-You-Go Plan (“PAYGO”) becomes effective at the moment of Card activation.

The Netspend All-Access Account by MetaBank® is intended for customers who want the convenience of plastic payment but don’t want (or don’t qualify for) a traditional credit card.
It doesn’t charge a fee for PIN or Signature transactions, but it has an unavoidable monthly cost of $5 and other miscellaneous fees.
